Fill out the form, that you’ll find at the attached link, by MARCH 7, 2012 for your chance to receive an iPad 2 for your child. I know how much my sons have learned using *theirs and I’m sharing this link in hopes it will help some of you get an iPad as well.
My sons school sent this link to me. I am in no way affiliated with the company nor do they even know I exist. I’m just passing on the info that was shared with me…hopefully some of you can get some good from it!! 🙂

Please pass this along, and do it quickly. The deadline for entry is March 7th. And like the original poster (my DD) says, her boys have GREATLY benefited from their IPads. This would be HUGE for any parent of a child with autism.

You could also try the website GiveForward.com . It’s a great site where you can raise the money for an ipad or any other needed medical equipment at no cost to you. It’s definitely worth checking out. You might think about checking into a different type/brand of tablet as well. Ipads can get pricey and they all do the same things for the most part, just double check that it meets your sons needs first. One last option is check out gently used or refurbished tablets from a site like ebay or Craigslist. Good Luck on finding the resources you need.

My Name is Amanda Aldaba and I have a son with Autism. When he is at school and doesn’t feel safe he will hide under a table or chair. He will also go to his room if he doesn’t want to talk and it takes him 2 hours to calm him self down. I have been looking for one for him and I dont know who to turn to. My son has a autism spectrum.I Saw many of autism spectrum kids getting help from iPad.Now they can talk.I hope one day my little prince my lovely boy also talk.but I have financial problems to buy the iPad.please help me to get free iPod for my son.
