I love the lose-it app. I used it to help me lose weight last year, and got into pretty good eating habbits because of it. I was a huge slacker over the holidays and am using this app to get back on track….Today…I have 900 calories left and I’ve already eaten breakfast & lunch, and I’m stuffed…Win!!
Now I just have to get back to regular work-outs!!
